Crisper freezing food?

I have a LFX25971SB LG refrigerator and it freezes in the crisper lettuce or anything you put in the crisper. I had a repairman for another appliance and said to caulk amount the seem behind the crisper I did that and it still freezes I have the refrigerator set @ 39 don't want it to be any warmer any suggestions.
