How to fix Coolpix digital camera?

I dropped it on the ground, and now the lens is permanently stuck out and won't go back in. when I push the power button, sometimes it turns on, but only momentarily. is there any way I can push the lens back in or fix it another way? if I can't fix it, can a repairman do the job, and how much might that cost? thanks in advance.
