Where can I get TOTALLY free windows registry cleaner?

I've checked previous answers given to this question and the cleaners named were NOT I REPEAT NOT FREE. I need a 100% free I repeat 100% free cleaner--not just one that will clean one percent. C-CLEANEr is NOT free so dont suggest it. No idiotic answers (like call a repairman or "google it") please--Provide a link or dont reply. Thx
