Any legal rights in IL as a tennant?

there is usually is no reason to break your lease without penalty, as they are trying to remedy the situation albeit slowly or not correctly, with holding rent will get you to out very quickly but you will not like how it is done or how it will affect your credit, there is little you can do without penalty
