Are my cat's overweight/underweight?

I think they both look fine. They are both a bit older kitties and tend to sleep more and eat more if they get a chance. They are not so much like dogs that feeling the ribcage indicates being underweight. If you look at the cat laying on it's side and it's belly kind of puffs up, it might be a bit overweight. I think for hairy cats, they look good.
