During the summer when your baby is running a fever what kind of clothes do YOU put on them? Any blankets?

Some people just dont know. I put them in as little as possible and try to keep the fever down. I know chills come with a fever so i try to avoid giving blankets but if they insist Ill provide a light blanket or a sheet and have them where light clothing. A baby, Id have them in a diaper only or a onsie,t shirt,etc.
