Is my boyfriend using me?

We've been going out for two months and he already has the nerve to ask me if he can borrow $70 to pay for food at some rock concert trip he's going on. later he asks me if i "wanna help him clean out his car for the trip". i have to problem helping him with these things but i feel like its wrong of him to ask. i would never ask him to borrow money or help me clean anything this early on in the relationship. i just feel kind of ripped off. i mean all i ever do is go over his house and we have sex all day. i try to plan other things but it just never works out. im just starting to feel kind of used. he keeps insisting he's in love with me already. i say i love him back but i know he doesn't know what he's talking about. i know you guys dont have all of the facts but is there any way i can work this out? should i say something to him about it? or is this guy just a complete tool.
