What is wrong with my refrigerator?

My freezer is working fine (other than getting ice (snow looking) in it, but my refrigerator is barely cooling at all. the fan in the freezer is working. also, water is accumulating in my vegetable boxes in the refrigerator. i can not afford a repairman to come out and charge to tell me what it is and possibly repair it. I would like to see if it something simple that I can do myself (fingers crossed)...these are the times I need a husband! thanks for any suggestions
